Prunedale resident killed in Friday morning motorcycle crash

PRUNEDALE, Calif. (KION) A 64-year-old Prunedale man died Friday morning as a result of a motorcycle crash.

The California Highway Patrol said the victim was riding a 2014 Harley Davidson north on San Miguel Canyon Road at around 5:50 a.m. and crashed near the intersection of Moro Road.

Investigators are still trying to find out why the rider lost control, but said drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor.
